I havent had a good night sleep since I move to NYC 1 year ago. I just cant get a deep sleep I wake up every 4 - 5 hours no matter what.

Could be sleep apnea guys. Consider asking ur doctor about a sleep study. Sleep apnea can be really bad for your and even kill you but is easily treated by those masks and weight loss.

Also watch your diet. Eating a lot of sugar before bed can crash your blood sugar and wake u up..

Finally, mind the temperature and noise conditions at night in ur room, and avoid blue light from screens before bed. I have a fan for temp and white noise and wear earplugs and use a shirt as a blind fold. Also I use nasal strips and nasal saleen drops. Also reduce caffine consumption and keep your sleep regular. Practice meditation and 10/10/10sec in/hold/out breathing before bed.

Don't stress. You WILL be okay.

Ear plugs, sleep mask, stretch, tighten and relax every muscle in your body once you're lying in bed, then make the smallest movements possible with the fingers of your dominant hand until you're asleep.

the interesting thing is that my sleep is realy bad only when i am in sweden...when i back home i sleep with no problems....

I try to avoid sugar in general and i dont drink coffee...in general..

I just wake up in the middle of the night for no reason at all, all sweating and i need again 10-15 mins to fall back a sleep

You might be having bruxism (involuntary grinding of the teeth during sleep). I used to wake up every couple hours during night for years on end until I visited a dentist who noticed a lot of wear on my lower teeth. He recommended to mold a rubber mouthguard, which we did, and now I'm wearing it every single night during sleep. It's funny how powerful the pressure is, the rubber is already worn out on the edges even though I bought it early February.

You're probably just stressed and homesick. Make sure u have a good mattress etc. Bring a familiar book or teddy bear if it makes u feel at home. And take those long deep breaths.
