Hello /biz/

I'm tired of being a semi-poor-student-fuck, and I've been looking at Binary Options (strategies and videos etc.) for the last month.

My main question is, is there a binary option simulator, that I can use to get the hang of it before I start using real money?

And are there any USEFUL binary bots out there?

TL;DR General binary options thread.

Pic related.

Bump. Somebody in here has to know something about binary options.

>> No.792104

I've been following BO for the last 2 years.

To start off.. forget about bots or automated systems. They all will make you lose money. In other words they are scams even if they are free don't take them.

There are "signal services" Offered by wannabe pros. Be careful with these. I suggest you to look for "Franco binary live signals" he is the one that has given me the most credibility for signal services. Look for him in YouTube too (I'm in the phone and just typing this is being a pain already. Do ur work. sorry.)

If you are outside USA I suggest 24option. Most brokers are Scammers. Dukascopy offers forex and recently has started offering BO. Dukascopy is very reliable as a fx broker. Their BO doesn't have many reviews but I bet it's very reliable for payouts which is the most important thing to get your profits.

Binary options demo.com or something like that. Markets world offer demo too if I remember well.

And no. I haven't yet signed up for real or demo in any broker Besides dukascopy fx and BO demo accounts. Never real yet.

Thats pretty much I can tell you right off the bat right now. Ask something maybe I can help.

Well also I should say I'm Spanish and I closely follow a Spanish BO community. The admin is a Russian kid his in mid twenties. appeared in some random local radios. He does it all for free to teach people And he looks very reliable and transparent besides all the skepticism and criticisim. He comes from fx and been in BO for the last 2 years or so.

The site is vivirdeopcionesbinarias.com it means living off binary options.
There he shares strategies that ACTUALLY WORK primarily tested by him then he shares for free. His strategies are awesome. Some so good he have to Sue people for selling his strategies without his permission. (Mb good thing if u are in some country where law allows you to do this to get money off someone else's work)

This next monday he said he would share a strategy of one of the community members. The guy who made it made about 5 or 6 threads last month in the forum talking about his strategy till he finally made it. He shared screenshots and talked about it. Dragged the attention practically of all the active memebers and the admin. i now remember he used zulutrade as demo platform(go check it or that i could see in his screenshots. I remember year ago zulutrade didnt have demo it was a community but didnt offer demo)

So yea conclusion find this spanish commmunity. Find the admins youtube strategy channel and pay attention the next monday. The strategy looks promising for what i had been reading the days he talked in his threads.(apart from he showed pictures as i said)

bo is gambling, youll lose your money going that way

>> No.792126

It stops being gambling when you are disciplined and have a straight plan. It is just like fx. You still predict the movement in the same market only difference is that time ofexpiration trade expiration and payouts are fixed. if you know these 2 key factors you then need to know how good of an opportunity you have in front of your eyes and measure it giving it more or less reliability ("investing" more or less depending on how good the opportunity is)
I say "investing" because it is very controversial in the BO industry. The "investment" doesn't reach the actual market. But we call an investment anything that we expect us to give us a bigger reward in the next seconds/mins/hours/years depending on the given signals /factors.. so yea call it an investment or strategically planned bets. Same shit.

Just be careful with BO just like in fx there are many scammer brokers.

If u have 97usd(2week subscription) to throw down the sink I'd recommend watch Franco trade binary in live. Go paper trade with him and see how it goes. Start with a monopoly balance of 1k minimum. Apart from in the chat room there you can talk with him and other subscribers. If you are down to do it id like to hear from your personal experience with his signal service.

I just Googled it for you http://binaryoptionstradingsignals.com

If you down give me or i give kik or something ive been scared a little to start yet i follow this close for the last 2years. Apart from im worse then a semipoorfuck student lol so i cant afford such things yet.

Binary Options is degenerate gambling. Pic related.

It’s also unethical because it doesn’t contribute to anything except directing money from dunces to the scumbag brokers and owners. And also, if these strategies you have been watching actually works, then why the fuck are there so many people on youtube making videos about them?

>>792104
Don’t listen to this guy, he admits he is poor as fuck. Never take financial advice from poor fags. Or simply a shill, he seems quite eager to make people start BOs.

Just get a fucking job and grow and invest your capital in a way that benefits both yourself and others.

Sorry for being slow, didn't think anyone would respond. I don't really care about people saying it's gambling. It's not 100% gambling, if you can read charts and recognize trends. It's a legit way of making money. I thought this site was about business. This is pretty much the closest you can get to business as a normal person. You'll not lose your money, unless you're completely retarded.

Anyways, back to bussiness. Thank you sgtmeB2+ for sharing some good info, I've been meaning to try the demo, which I will after this post.
The Binary Bank I've been looking at is Banc de Binary. They seem very legit from the reviews I've read.

And I've found a live trading chart for use here: https://tbinfo.leadpages.net/free-live-trading-charts/

I'll look at some of your other links as well. The next 2 - 3 months are going to be experimental.

I'm going to try it. If it fucks up I've only lost 200$, and if it goes well, I'll be a rich (or at least financially stable). People lose money, because they don't know the trading game.

But I'm not interessed in people tælling me it's gambling. I know the risk.

I just want some actually facts and strategies.

But thanks for the warnings though.

you came here looking for advice, and when smart people gave it to you you're completely ignoring them.

you're not going to make any meaningful income from this and would be much much better off just investing your savings into a market portfolio.

Binary option markets are a *zero sum game*. You will NOT make money in the long term from doing this. Your expected return is 0-transaction costs.

Just listen to yourself. You don't want to listen to people's advice because you're thinking emotionally right now. You've read some really manipulative guides to option trading and are really excited to start making some money.

It's NOT going to happen. You WILL lose money.

Be smart, please.

PS how many of the guides/tutorials/videos that you looked at have been made by someone trying to sell a service?

>PS how many of the guides/tutorials/videos that you looked at have been made by someone trying to sell a service?

None. They have a link to the site, they use. And if we make an account through that link, they get a bonus. This is commonly used on many websites. Not just websites about money.

And as I said, I'll decide when I lose/gain money. But if you're that concerned then come with some useful guides, so I wont lose my money?

Besides it's just 200$. I can live with losing that amount. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Chuck all of your savings into some exchange traded index funds. Go research on bogleheads.

rofl absolutely not. A week of doing it isn't anywhere near enough time to tell if you're just getting lucky or not. Try 3 months and see what return you get.

No.

You're dealing with cognitive dissonance right now. You have an opinion that options trading is going to be an easy way to get rich. This opinion is based on excitement and greed.

People have given you overwhelming evidence that you're going to lose money, but you don't want to let this change your mind, so you're dealing with this dissonance by completely ignoring the facts.

Just to show that I'm taking this serious, and I'm not just going to jump into binary options Leroy Jenkins-style.

Okay dude. You need a 65% win rate here in order to break even. Real traders, with actual money management skills, dream of a win rate that high. Stop blinding yourself. If you can be successful at BO, you'd be a millionaire within a year or two if you traded actual financial instruments.

And even IF you're some sort of prodigy, the brokers will misquote you. That's the nature of these bucket shops. You aren't allowed to win because you're trading against the house, not against other market participants.

What's the advantage of a binary option over a traditional option? When I have a good idea where the price of something is going to be in a month, I just buy a normal option and let the profits run or take my fixed loss.

Binary options seem like the type of thing you sell to get capital to buy in to an actual leveraged position.

>> No.796766

I had a minor loss of 250$ yesterday, probably because I gambled too much (which I wont do with real money of course). And because I didn't use my strategy and trained to better find trends.

I also think I read somewhere that Wednesday isn't a good day to do currency trading.
