I don't even want an absolutely massive bunker nor anything decked out. Just a comfy ~5000sqft hole in the ground with lots of walls and cubbies to make it look like an underground maze. Plus utilities, of course. Is that really so much to ask for? Fucking government regulations and permits, that's probably half the cost right there.

The dude actually has multiple bunkers now. He bought a few munition bunkers (smaller than his original one) and was going to buy pic related (old crude oil storage facility) but I think some bs regulations and red tape stopped him from getting that one.
