They are basically trying to do the same strategy as McDolan's : selling their in-house restaurants and get rents/royalties instead. But WEN is already at around 6300 franchisees/300 in-house ratio. So their EBITDA won't grow much more.

And they have a shitload of debts at 4.875% interest rates. I wonder the rate they will get when they roll over.
