You can close your adsense and they will send you the $80 BUT I don't recommend doing that, because reopening a new adsense is a pain and might cause problems for you.

If you have a different website, you can run google ads on it and connect it to your adsense, in fact you can only have one adsense account. Or keeping trying to do YouTube.
