Not yet, but soon.

The upfront capital you need to be successful is high.

go for it. get a payday loan and start with those massive gains

>> No.7809918

You can make it if you learn real hard, make plans and actually stick to them.

Chances are proper portfolio management would net you more in the long-run though.

if you can't devote 8hrs a day to crypto then i do not recommend it. it really is a fulltime job.
also dont get greedy. i cant count how many times i watched a successful trade slide back to even or a loss because i wasn't satisfied with 20% gains

If you are:

1. A whale
2. A quant

You will make it. Otherwise you will be giving your money to those 2 groups.

Replace every instance of "gambling" with "day trading".

Two strats I will share with you. Don't mistake simplicity for lack of utility.

First, understand that compound interest can turn seemingly trivial gains into massive ones with consistency and a bull market. Bears will be harder with day trading.

Okay, two strategies. Both depend on high volatility. I trade crypto because there are no laws for day trading minimums and because volatility is high. I trade almost exclusively ETH but will swing trade others.

Strategy 1: Level 2s. Look at the order books. Learn how the topography of the buy/sell orders can carve out a potential path for brief spikes (I'm talking .5 - 1.5%; if you think those gains are dumb, compound a 1% gain x amount of times.) Learn to spot fake sell/buy walls from manipulators. In a bull market you can learn without stop lossing but this is a huge risk. Don't put in more than you're willing to lose.

Strategy 2: Learn the rhythms of the market. Watch ceilings and floors. If something hits a floor for a second time, and sentiment hasn't changed, ride that sucker up. I literally bought ETH yesterday a $911 because that was the second time it hit that $910 floor in the last day or two. I then sold at $950. That was for literally zero effort and a day of waiting. You do the math.

With all of these, never market buy. Set limit orders and commit unless new information arises

PROTIP: Use a bot and keep a job like pic related, throw all your tips into crypto and live off your bartending, not your gains.

Bot I’ve been using for the past few months that makes me over 5% per day.

Nice meme

I will give paper trading a go for 6-12 months and prove to myself it can be done without losing. I have to get over the trade bais that comes with it though. I'm planning on trading stocks with high volume that show potential. Particularly in the 5-10 dollar range.

paper trading is the ultimate meme. i can guarantee you that you will make trades on paper that you would never make with real skin in the game. Jesus Christ. Everything about this post screams 19 year old. You have no idea what you're doing.

successful day trading is more about emotion than brains

you can be right and still get stopped out because you dip red for a second and panic, or sit out and panic buy in when the market rallies

also keep in mind no matter how smart you are you are competing with titanic firms armed with the smartest people on earth and terminator algos designed specifically to destroy retail traders

good luck

Buy covesting OP. Once their platform is released you can follow trades from people who know what they are doing and claim 72% of your profit. 10% goes to the platform and 12% to the trader you are following. The good thing is that every exchange that the trader uses gets linked to the platform through APIs so you automatically have access to every exchange the traders on the platform are using. Sure I have to give 28% of my profits to other people but honestly if trading was up to me I’d probably lose it all. I simply don’t have the time to stare at charts all fucking day nor do I want to... The incentive for the traders is real high because the more people following them the more profit they make. The coin will shoot up in value (hardcap 20 million cov) because more people will join the platform etc etc...
