Hey /biz/ I'm turning 21, just got my first job tha doesn't pay shit 2 months ago.
Looking to mortgage a condo, but to save for down payment and expenses would take me about 1 year of living with parents.
What can I do to leverage credit / speed up my savings? I already have a budget, and can't find a good investment return rate for such a short term.

>> No.780095

You can try to leverage that money but your risk will be so high it is more probable you will live 2-5 more years at your parrents. Just try to get more income and spend even less if possible when you want to move out faster.

Suck it up and move back in with your parents for a year or two and build up a savings. I did it and most of my friends did it to save money for cars/homes in our early 20s.

You can't afford a condo! Simple as that.

Seriously, can some Amerifats please explain what is wrong with you? You guys are going into debt for the stupidest shit. I'm not only talking about houses/apartments and cars, I'm also talking about consumer bullshit. Cellphone, TV, handbags.........credit card debt is so fucking common.

I fail to comprehend why America is living paycheck to paycheck.

>save money for cars/homes in our early 20s.
>literally saving money to waste it on a liability that does nothing for you other than attract gold digging whores and 'I need to make children right now and you can provide for me' retarded women

Unless you bought used, reliable economy cars. In which case, good work.

I buy reliable early 90s hondas and do all my work myself you fucking faggot.

I also have extensive experience in drywall, plumbing and electricity, so home repairs are really nothing to me. I rent two of the rooms out in my house and keep a futon in my bedroom in case some bitch needs somewhere to sleep when I am done beating that pussy up. You are a fucking know nothing faggot who will probably die from choking on a hard cock.

pic related its my car

Alright, if any of you pussies have something to say to my brother, you can go through me first. Just so you know, I'm a former Navy SEAL.

Don't worry about these assholes, Joey. Also, your Honda is lookin badass. I showed it to mom and she thinks it's awesome (and you know how mom doesn't give two shits about cars.)

OP here, thread got derailed a bit.

I have enough to pay off my only debt (auto) in a month or two.

I'd be looking for mortgage which is about 25-33% of my monthly earnings. Not trying to get far into debt like everyone assumes.
Also, never had any credit card debt or anything aside from auto..

What bank would be willing to give you a mortgage? Or are your parents going to co-sign?

Fuck you fuckin faggot I bet your Vtech doesn't even work anymore. I hope the next whore you sleep with gives you a terminal case of aids so you can spread it to all the gay cocks you take in your ass faggoty fuck.

And I bet your drywall work is subpar.
