I'm at 95% of my desired holdings, but can't stop incessantly checking biz and delta app. I put money only in projects I believe in for long term holds, have a good job, hobbies, and a gf, but still can't kick it, probably spend 50% of my free time on this. Any protips from anons who have kicked the habit?

I'm not daytrading so I don't need to stay in the loop to make moves. I just want to sit back and revisit my stash in 6 months/year but keep checking in on it like a 13 year old girl checking snapchat.
