That feel when I'm restlessly looking at charts, adjusting moving averages and trying to predict the future but it doesn't bring me any closer to knowing what the price is going to be. Wasted lots of hours yesterday doing this.

Should I step back from the screen, read a book, play Torment and try to clear my mind instead? I feel like I fed it with too much confusing, useless information.

stochastics
you can't predict the future
TA is for entry points, not predicting what the price is going to do
instead of spending time looking at charts, look at projects, their teams, their ideas, their execution
buy into good projects that are still low in mcap and under the radar
wait a few months or a year
congrats you've made it
there are many hidden gems that are still unknown to most biztards and redditors

Then what is the whole point of trading? Why are there so many traders in the equities, forex and crypto markets and so much analysis done? Surely not all of the people claiming to make regular profits while trading are lying.

most traders think they are hot shit because they turned profit in the biggest fucking bullrun in the history of everything

Nobody is a good trader until they can replicate positive results for years. If enough people roll a dice several times, one of them will roll 6 6s in a row. Doesn't make that guy a good "diceroller" even if he makes up fantasies of charts about previous dice rolls with indicators about the angle of the table and the pitch of his throw.

There is no such thing as real trading in a bull market. Real trading happens in a bear market.

Most TA relies on a very simple principle. If a candle closes much higher than it opens, the momentum is high and we're bullish. If it closes near to where it opens then momentum is decreasing and we're expecting a reversal. If a candle closes lower than its open we're bearish. That's basically what all indicators are based on.
