Today i went to download something and instead of solving an annoying captcha to get the link, my computer had to process a couple of monero hashes. How is this not the future? everyone knows the ad supported model is unsustainable.
Monero is the future, and it even has working products right now

How does it replace captchas ? It doesn't solve the original problem.

Site owners put captchas to prevent bots from doing actions (i.e making posts). If all the bot has to do is solve a couple of monero hashes, it'll be so much easier to bypass

I can see this replacing ads but not captchas
