I'm rich in Brazil. It's really good and weird at the same time. Albeit I'm Brazilian I look VERY white. I have blond hair, green eyes, pretty white skin, and am also tall (6'3, which is very tall here). My grandpa was a famous doctor -- plastic surgeon -- and my parents are just "normal" doctors. Doctors earn a lot of money in Brazil, but most of my family's money came from inheritance and my grandpa's from the dad's side. The weird thing about being rich (and white) in Brazil is that here there really is such a thing as LOOKING rich. We did go on very expensive holidays all the time but to a kid you'd rather go to PGL or legoland. When every task is done they usually walk around the neighborhood and chat with other maids/driver/construction worker or just chill in their room browsing facebook/youtube and watch tv. >How does it feel being so rich knowing you havent earned it?
I presume it will depend from person to person, because I'm middle-class and should I feel bad that I have pretty comfy life but I did nothing to really earn it? Being rich is exactly like that, but instead of ten sport cars in you garage you have one family car.
>You have won the lotterie of life just living life on easy mode. Everything you achieve etc will be worthless because anyone could do it if rich.
And what exactly will an average person achieve? Are you implying that person born to wealth can't achieve anything with their resources they have at hand. You are pretty delusional if you think like that. A normal person might get into wealth and build a corporation from nothing or they might stay broke while a rich person might invest, build etc. or spend their wealth on sport cars, hookers and shit.
>And also how does it feel to know that I would kill everyone of you to get your money?

If you have money you have freedom. This is what it is all about. If you are poor or even middle class you have to get a job because if you dont you will starve to death.

This is what it is all about, you have to do it. You have to earn that degree, you have to do this and that, you have to you have to. This is what makes life so hard.

If you are rich you can go to college and when you fail it is ok, you can just try again or do something different. If you are rich you can do any job and if you dont want to work there anymore you can do something different or stay at home a few months.

Rich people dont know how fucking shit life is when ou always have to do shit because you have to do it. Your whole life feels like a fucking cage.

Yes I am human scum but that's what being poor makes you. Seeing lucky people have it all while I hate my life. All this envy when you know you deserve being rich as much as they deserve it. I would take everything from you.

Well realistically being rich also gives you more chance, mostly proper education. All of my brothers and i went private school, we have a private tutor since we were little. Then my first brother got a scholarship from NUS in singapore ranked 12 in the world and graduated with honors. Now he works in a lab and won several achievement. Second bro is just a party animal dude no achievement. For me i went to cologne germany and also graduated with honors. I don't say you can't achieve your goal without money, but it certainly helps.
For me being successful is to earn my own 1 mil before 45 and live off the grid till i die.

I see where you are coming from. I can relate to what you are saying. But fact is that some people have it easier and some have it harder in their life, some are maybe even fucked from the start, but that doesn't mean that a person shouldn't try.
Yes, normal people like you and me have to work, have to study, have to better ourselves and constantly learn to be able to progress, get better jobs, higher pay and so on. But I will make a point, that the struggle itself is at times fulfilling, if time was too easy and there would be no struggle, no stress... such life would be boring as fuck.

It is implied in your writing that if you had any money you would just loiter and do shit.

Guess what, no one in my family HAS to do shit yet we do, we work everyday, fuck yeah i want my phd and want to use it, fuck yeah i want to invest time and money into making shit happen, i won´t fail shit, i work my ass off because i WANT to.

Its this shitty middle class people who are so resented and dream of nothing but to play vidia and smoke weed until they die, "ugh why i no have freeeduuum to be an asshole" That shapes the way you live and see struggles, that why you don´t get anywhere.

Go vote for commies bro, they eat this shit up, they love your attitude, and guess what? it is the middle class they end up screwing, not the rich faggots like me who can simply move outta the country and cash out on their assets.

By wanting to harm the rich you only kill your own social mobility. Resentment breeds mediocrity.

This boils down to simple economics. Supply and demand. Many people living in 3rd world countries don't make it past HS. Hence they turn to basic jobs (maids, janitors, security guards). If everyone stopped hiring maids, there'd still be maids looking for work. Why? They lack the skills and education for anything more.

One of our maids was extremely intelligent and we realized that, so we sent her to work for the company that built our house. Now she works as a secretary. We don't think of ourselves as playing god- not even close.

This is just the harsh reality of it. Those who manage to work abroad still end up finding work as maids or nannies.

Most people are stupid. Look, i still don't get it why people in the us would pay for 100k+ for university while having no money. They could literally go out from the country and pays 1/10 of the price and still get good education or even better (mostly europe or asia).
You can work as hard as possible and still be poor if you're stupid. Move jobs annually, everybody is doing that nowdays.
> i can't change jobs if i change jobs i dont have money
Well shoulda think of that before you spent that money, bud. I earn 10k a month still renting my cheap and small apartment so i can save.

I experienced a sliding scale from poor to wealthy as I grew up and parents became gradually more successful. At first I began to notice it through things like toys but looking back on it gives a clear progression.

From about age 1-6 it was exclusively Goodwill for everything but some clothes.

Then we hit lower middle class and it was a hard limit of $100 total budget for toys in the year, still some goodwill runs. Etc.

Things like going to better stores, trading out the shitty le sabre for a landcruiser, and other things changed.

Now parents in the low millions range and I’ve been out of the house for a few years. Helped me appreciate the value of money for sure, and I see a bit of the detachment and not recognizing that value in my youngest sibling who grew up in a higher income household.

I’m mostly happy because I have no student/car debt to worry about. Also gave me some motivation to succeed.

I'm not rich but part of the reason I even have one I have is because one of my relatives was a maid for years and she used all the money she raised to buy houses, when she died I inherited one which allowed me to rent it out and make thousands of dollars per year.

It has ruined my live and corrupted me to the core, I can not live without money even though none is given to me, it has disconnected my mother, father, and myself from each other, making us either dead to emotion or trying to cover up our problems with lies.

The only reason my parents are together, is because they signed the company my father owns together when they got married, therefor my mother owns half, and a divorce would kill the business. My parents still believe that hard work gets you places, and resent me for not going to a ivy league school, even when the top of my class couldn't get in because of the sad reality is that you need nepotism to succeed in life.

My father constantly trys to put up the illusion of being humble and one of the working people, but when I worked at his company I could hear the whispers on how the people hated that he thought he could hide his riches and be one of them, as if they were stupid. It has left me full of anger and greed, I never got my first car, never got expensive clothes, had to scheme and jew my way up to everything, even though my parents could afford it all. I know I am wrong to want all those things, but I also hated living the lie of being poor. A deeper inner hate for myself and my parents, who expect me to take over the business, yet give me no help or guidance because of there own problems.
