What the fuck, I just realized today that I've emptied my stocks account gradually and now I have over 60% of my investment in crypto. I am not even sure if I believe in this shit so much.

I have to get a grip of myself, I'm slipping into motherfucking full blown gambling addiction with this "investing" I'm doing with stocks and crypto.
How do you stop gambling /biz/? I need serious advice before I fuck my shit up and lose more than I can afford or want to.
