any bankruptcy lawyers in here?

can i take out a 30-40k personal loan (no collateral) buy a car with it then place it under my mom's name

can the bank/collectors somehow sue them for it? or is it protected under their name even if they are relatives?

ill empty out my bank and work for cash but ill blinging out in a sexy ass car tho.

Yes. It's a fraudulent conveyance.

The court can investigate where that cash went. They're not going to just ignore that missing cash and grant you bankruptcy protection.
