sold my ETFs today, down 10%, took about a $300 loss.

plan to spend the weekend looking at individual stocks, 10Ks and 10Qs, pick one good long, one good short.

if i do my homework before investing, i'll be more likely to make a return, and more confident in holding if the going gets rough.
