Pretty sure dream does, and they are the biggest right now. Vendors and buyers were fucking pissed about BTC speed last time I was on there, and everyone was looking for alternatives. XMR is being implemented on a lot of them, but the beauty of BCH is that you basically just have to change your node into a BCH node and you are done. XMR obviously needs a code refactor
