I manage a vacation rental company which is salary but then I get a booking bonus per reservation and also had a few large real esate sales. Made my biggest commission check ever in May - closed a $2.2 million Beach lot and got a $35K check. Was so happy and now looking back that's pretty much what I'll owe so it sucks.
