Look for new listings on kucoin, if you find the link to a newly listed coin you can buy ok'd sell before it appears on the 'market page'. If its a hyped coin it's often lower than the smaller exchange it's been traded on.

For example I was buying xrb on kucoin for 200k sats and then selling it on bitgrail for 230k sats
