Do I sell my ETH at -50% loss, or do I wait for a few weeks to see if it goes back up to $1500? If it's gonna take a year to get back up there I might as well just bail out now.

I don't NEED the money, but I could USE it, even at 50% loss. It's one of those things where I don't know if I want to wait this out for a year+ to get back to anything decent. If there's a chance of it going back up within a month or two I could wait that out, but the way BTC is tanking I can't see ETH doubling up to it's ATH anytime soon...like that just doesn't seem possible.
If BTC was doing better I would just HODL but if BTC drops down to like $1000, there's no way ETH is going to be at $1000+, it'd probably drop down to like $300 and take a year to come back up to $700

gonna see how things go today, basically reloading Quadriga all day ready to cash out if it goes up to something decent. I just can't see it being equal to BTC in value so the closer BTC gets to <$2000 the less likely it seems like ETH could pass $1000 for like a year+ and desu I don't have enough in there to make that wait worth it lol
