I’ve been in the bitcoin and blockchain space since 2012. I’ve rode out 50% losses to see 10000% gains. I have cashed out well enough for myself and my family to live without a concern for money but I still have majority of my wealth within crypto. This does not phase me. I believe we will see returns to new highs just like we have since the beginning and I will hodl for several more years to come.

True. I used to be far more emotional in 08' when I started with stocks. But at that time my contract ran out and I fooled myself into thinking I could survive in the market having practiced with play money for some years. The stress just isn't worth it and makes you do irrational and emotional choices that far more than not burns you, spiralling you deeper into despair.
Now I got a steady job I love with good pay in a fast growing sector, so the crypto gains were just a potential bonus, but not something I absolutely needed thus I detached myself from my investment. That money will stay either until it gets liquidated or goes rises. I'm good anyway.
