yo op? trust me u dont wanna be a business analyst. business analyst work literally is bottom of the barrel sure the pay is okay 60-70k to 100k ish mid career, but thats it. You wont get fired and work is usually pretty light, but it is the definition of wage cuck job. (Exp. was one at 2 companies)

getting the position would depend on what type of company it is, and what school/ region your school is from. If you tell me what schooly you goes to i can suggest u companies.

anyway if ur just business this means u can be a business analyst at most financial companies, coperate finance, some investment bank, wealth management, etc. aka mostly shit tier if ur lucky then ib

Just send ur resume out. Make it look good. Dont wanna teach u taht so just goole it. since these companies get so many resumes they have software the weeds out the people that went to the wrong school and the people with foreign names (not joking). so after that and a bit of luck you should have some interviews.

at the interviews dress in a full suit and memorize ur stories. whatever happens stick with ur stories and make ur stories fit into their questions. (protip: have done this over 50 times before, got 10+ offers). and remember the most important thing is making them like you. connect on sports or food or travel or where u went to school

it sounds fucking dumb but just do it. stalk them on fb linkedin and find out where ur interview likes and learn about it. (i gave myself a little crash course on baseball luls)

payment has been received. okay here's my suggestion. start as a business analyst at a big company. The easiest ones would include insurance, wealth management, and financial services. THink libery mutual, state street, manulife. hands down they have the best training and don't expect you to do shit as least in ur first few years. Universities, colleges, and venture capital are also a good choice. but they usually hire from the financial service companies, cause they have such good training programs.

You could stay in LA or move to new york and get 1.5x ur salary or move to boston and get .75x ur salary but boston is much cheaper to live in so effectively ur getting 1.5x ur salary there as well. ur choice.
