How do I spend the money? How can I turn it into more money? I've always heard that wealth creates wealth and I'd prefer to not be homeless in 10 years.

Just stop being a faggot. It's that easy

Get on food stamps right now if you already aren't. You can usually apply online without leaving your house.

Buy a very cheap house in an area with very little or no property tax.

>> No.726200

The money is already tied up in a house. My sister and I plan on selling it and roughly 100k would be my half after paying off the mortgage, taxes, fees, etc

It's worth 250-300k and the mortgage has about 50k left on it.

Fuck, give it to me. I have plenty of things I want to do.

Takashi Kotegawa another worthless NEET made over a hundred million with almost ten times lower cash then that.

Anon I'm sure you have what it takes! Go on the stock market and invest everything you have.

So you inherited a house as well? Then throw your 100k into an index fund, collect 5k out of the 10% interest, re-invest the rest, keep on keeping on.

This is actually a decent idea. Personally I would rather go something like 50-75K into an index bond 50-25K into low risk government bonds.

Great job nepotism for giving another worthless sack of shit money. My parents were both dead by the time I was 17, and they left me nothing. Now I'm making 70k and living a normal life. Why do you exist? Entitlements are destroying society.

Dawg, It's been this way since the dawn of human history. When Arnold of the brass balls stuck a pike up the ass of the tribe over. Then decided his son didn't need to do that to be powerful.

is your health problems are potentially non-chronic. ie depression, anxiety etc. look into spending some time/money in to working out those first, come back to this question then

if not, I don't know what to tell you without more information

that's not enough to live out the rest of your life but enough that you could just neeted it up for 10 years but destroy your prospects of ever getting a good job.

Got any mates you can get to rent rooms to? That'd stretch your money even further if you can put up with it.

Yeh it is. He can get entire mobile home parks with seller financed deals , 75k could get him 3 parks with 20+ spots each. Even at half capacity thats 10×3×400 to 600 dollars so 12k+ a month. Minus park manager fees etc even at a conservative half capacity each park should net 7k or more each MONTH
