the entire lecture notes are online and they literally just did one exercise the entire time, It's extremely brainless but I have major problems with understanding what the hell they want from me since they use academia circle jerk language and the final will make 100% of my module grade

Hey I also did it in my first year 3 years ago. You are probably using the Drury textbook - just do the problems in it and then do some CIMA problems from your uni's library.

It's really simple stuff, don't pay attention to the lecture notes - just the problems.
