So I had some ETH on it back in 2015, it was so little at the time that I forgot about it. I logged in a year later and found the ETH and ETC sitting there, basically a free $700.

I traded my way up to where its all around 11k in XMR now, but the email address I used back then is gone, so I can't withdraw. Now they've instituted some shitty 2FA system and I can't even login anymore.

Have a support ticket open but it's been open since August, they already tried closing it without a resolution once.

My ticket has been open for like 5 months, mike never answered me.
