I know it'll run on any blockchain, but can it work on other kinds of solutions (like Hash Graph)?

Serious question, because blockchain technology's length-of-tooth is becoming painfully apparent with slow transactions et al. If this can work on other technologies such as hashgraph, well, then, there's really no reason not to buy it (especially at tomorrow morning's prices) (tomorrow night's prices may be another story).

Yes. Hashgraph is a consensus layer like any other currency. What the oracle does is that it Reads data from the graph and /or executes an order in the Hashgraph system when for example the oracle reads a transaction in Ether or from a solar panel
