What are your massive gains worth if you have to hand over your private keys to a small group of people. That's where we're headed if we keep jumping in on coins like Ripple. well, what if (((they))) eventually snuck the AI into the mining operation of a popular crypto whose initial intent has been compromised through their control?
what if this is a backup plan that they could enforce through bitcoin core? what if they took away the arbitrary mathematical puzzles, and opted for nodes to act as a hub for the AI's data, and the majority of the AI's processing?
hell—this could be done with any of the blockchains out there, but i can assume that it would be preferable to do it with something that's already got a lot of preexisting infrastructure
dunno about any of the technical problems that they might experience, either—but, programming has never been my thing
