See all these 20 something (very often with a good potential) wasting their times on PUBG or Dota 2? A big fucking waste, these guys don't have to live the full normie life but if they just dedicated this time to be creative or productive they would live much more meaningful and happier lives.

As I said I've never met a gamer (ie a guy who consider it his passion and spend 15-30h a week on them) who is successful or driven in his life, they are always some slightly depressed underachievers probably waiting that one day that reality will be substituted for their fantasy.

I bought a 1080 TI after finishing my PhD this summer as a reward for myself. I've played a few games, but most of my time is spent at work and then focusing on the market. Nothing wrong with games as a hobby and entertainment. I do think it's funny that cryptocurrency is a nascent development and market that has potential to transform economic and social systems, and the majority of gamers don't have the foresight to get themselves involved and are just crying about "MUH FPS." I haven't mined with my card and probably won't.
