Which one is going to be competitively priced?
1) A 1TB dataset and 30kb graph is hosted on a single harddrive then is sent a couple of metres via a fibre cable to cluster of super efficient TPU filled servers to do training cycles and produces a 40mb model
2) A 1TB dataset and 30kb graph is split up and hosted on a distrubted network, sent to 1,000's of prajeet's computers and trained in parts then recombined over the network to produce a 40mb model

What do you gain from decentralising this apart from unwanted overheads? This shit doesn't make any sense
