Ethereum dev here, Vitalik just added it and opened a pull request. It will likely get approved, merged, and deployed in the next few hours.

They can't even scale yet, let alone make a decentralized oracle. Plus chainlink is already in the EEA and partnered with Zepplin IOS to be the oracle for the ethereum platform
