If you have any funds on Coss.io, get them out RIGHT NOW. The site is currently bugged up the ass: limit orders are being filled as market orders. If you have any COSS, *do not sell on coss.io*. Withdraw and get out via Etherdelta. This shit will be worthless in a matter of hours.

"Dear all. An unacceptable error occurred this morning. Dev has been working around the clock and while deploying an update this morning there was an error in the new codes making all limit orders go to market orders causing selling at lowest price and buying at highest price. This should of course never have happened in the first place as any new deployment should have been duly tested before pushed live, but in this incident that didn’t happen and we experienced close to 5 hours of trading with this error before we took the site down to fix the error. Solution: all orders will be rolled back to the time of the incident so no losses for anyone. Of course there has been many withdrawals during this period, but we as a company will cover those losses, so some of you actually gained from this error. I would be cautious. By no means am I saying COSS is a scam but I would point out that this response would make sense if they were. The pattern is always for a quick pump right before the dump, Confido did it with the announcement that they were permanently locking a huge supply of their tokens, just a couple days before they exit scammed.

Hopefully it's not the same in this situation. I want to believe but it's also pretty common for this kind of thing to happen when the overall market dips as hard as it did these last two days.

And just to elaborate on what I mean by "waiting it out", I mean wait for the moment their website comes back up. Seems there's a lot of holders and fomoers. You think very irrational guys. Believe me when I say it, COSS will come down to at least 4000 sats in BTC. It will come down under a dollar. Just be patient or you'll be the one bag holding, and remember theu're other promosing coins out there not only COSS but stuff like SUB EOS REQ LINK etc.

oh well its already under a dollar but my point still stands, people are moving back to BTC overall so I expect a major drop especially when no one actally trades other coins on COSS.

This should really be biz's favourite exchange, it automatically buys high and sells low for you

How much do you need to have to get decent dividends? If i can only afford 1000 will that yield significant returns down the line

Yeah what an incredible response. The dev stuff and related issues can be fixed. The communication and response from Rune here gives me huge faith in the long-term outlook of this project, even if short-term is rocky

If you didn't get in early at like 5 cents then it's probably not worth getting in it now for the dividends.

BUT if they don't exit scam us and the fiat gateways actually get rolled out some day then it would be worth getting in now. Swapping USD directly for altcoins would be really huge

>> No.6576497

Wait a minute I just realized, why did they leave the exchange up for trading for a few hours if there was a bug that causes people to trade at a loss? Why didn't they immediately take it down?

>> No.6576544

Because the dev team has been ground into the dirt trying to hit their deadline (for good reason) and they fucked up hard by not testing. So they pushed it live, went to sleep, and Rune was left screaming at them from the opposite side of the planet.

I’m holding a shit load of coss and I will continue to hold until they get fiat pairing. Then I will retire. Get fucked fud op

>> No.6577457

Idiot fudders. Binance had same issue once. They also reacted after some hours and reverted the trades. Piss off now. They last night update fixed almost 90% and introduced sadly a bad one. Which will be fixex.

I'm in the UI test team. This is the first time they pushed it through without letting us test it. We as testers are very mad at front end team and rune is too. This won't happen again.

Expect the website to have small fixes coming days in terms of UI responiveness.

damn transfers are coming through fast now. First time I transferred BTC I had to wait about 10 hours but this time it was maybe half an hour at most. Is this due to the update?
