My idea about these changes in prices is that the VeChain team is pitching their product to numerous companies and hoping to keep the price point in a range that says we're not cheap (<$2) while still giving those they are meeting with the opportunity to buy large quantities at a price that isn't as large as say NEO. I think these jumps and subsequent dips are related to VEN team members selling the product to potential partners and then manipulating the price to keep a stable price point between major announcements so different investors don't have to buy in at different prices after each meeting.

Loads of sell walls all over the place, I had to wait a "long" time to see where it is situated now. I don't see Ven making any major moves soon, the earliest it will move is during the February rebrand.

It will move big time when the actual blockchain comes out, the tricky part is knowing when people will start loading up their bags. Things tend to moon prematurely before an event and people start FOMO'ing in. Everybody wants to beat the market, if you really want to make sure you catch the moon you have to buy in months of advance and be patient / never sell until the announcements. The price IS GOING TO TANK until these events. But once the happen the whales will not able to stop all the FOMO.
