I think architecture is the same - achieving an efficient solution for a set of problems and parameters. The poison within the industry now is that people focus too much on the "look" of a building. Because of this people now associate hiring an architect as a luxury service that bears little benefit and isnt worth the cost.

It shouldn't be that way at all. Beauty can be objective and efficient.

..going a lil off topic here; to answer your question: architecture can be competitive but like all careers if you're good you can still be successful. Poorfag, college student here. Only started crypto in November and got the hang of it a bit in December. In 3 weeks I went from €300 to nearly €3000. i know this but it's a function of ability to analyze info. there are ~ 10^10 mRNAs in any given cell at any given time, and we can screen for maybe 10^3 at any one time with good equipment. you have to have a target or else you're not going to see anything. genome won't tell you much besides mutation (our ipsc were transformed via mRNA in liposomes so there was not integration into the DNA) although we do karyotype to ensure genetic stability.

agree completely--who the fuck knows? although some labs are working to characterize what cell types come out of cardiac differentiations because it's plainly obvious that it's not just cardiomyocyte-like and fibroblastic-like (what a weasel word that just means "uhh we dunno LOL!") cells.
