Well, first you're gonna need to download CGminer 3.7.2, the most recently AMD SDK and either the latest AMD drivers or 12.8.

Once you have that stuff you'll want to register on a pool such as:

Create a worker under "my workers", and then in your CGminer folder create a .bat that looks like:
