Nothing about monetary policy is simple. Even more so when you are talking about the monetary policies of foreign countries and how it relates to your own.

If the EUR collapses the dollar will be the go-to currency and currently there is a massive "flight to quality" in the USD. All the commodity rich countries are shitting the bed and the capital is coming back to the USA.
