they work the same on every timeframe unlike indicators which pull their data from open/close price from candles

You don't even need lines from my experience. I literally do nothing but look for the last price that triggered a 7.5%+ bounce and buy once the price falls below that. 9/10 times you get a solid bounce, in the rest you cut your losses after 2.5%. You just need to check where the buyers are.
