Just do it when it's a coin you believe in, long-term. See it as a way to get more coins that you were going to get anyway, nothing more. Then just sell at a profit and it will have been correct trading. Doesn't matter if it gains more after, don't buy back in, there will always be another project and you made gains. Always trade correctly and you can never lose in a growing market.
