also the transport of marijuana is still on a very grey to dark area.

plus permits are very scarce.

marijuana is going to be an industry on its own un like anything is out there.

not to mention that even with in the state each county can vote weather to allow it or not.

the laws are the same for the user but for the producers are different.

what is going to happen is a show down of legal vs black market.

and yes big tobacco is going to jump at some point but only as investors I don't think ass growers and distributors.

I'm a grower for a dispensary. I grow indicas in bubbleponic systems. I grow autos, but still get great yields. Making 2-4lbs a month. It's getting over-saturated very rapidly. I'm hoping more states legalize it soon. Supply and demand.
