After this huge run from LTC (Probably fueled by Charlie Lee tweeting about transactions etc) should I just keep holding LTC or put it into ETH now while LTC is back up?

Not sure if i go out already... had this shit forever now but its going so slow. Might be a good reason to just hold now aswell..
