Thats just EtherDelta because it actually is you creating the transaction from your own ETH wallet as opposed to an exchange doing it for you.

What coin are you trying to transfer anyway? HitBTC and Binance both have ripple (instant and 0 fee withdrawal) and I personally would rather convert to ripple and back than wait a few hours, plus you save on withdrawal fees if you are sending smaller amounts.

EtherDelta is a little intimidating at first but it's a fucking goldmine and worth the effort.

1. Get MetaMask and import your wallet if you have one already or create a new one. https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherDelta/comments/6hrgbh/how_to_get_started_using_metamask/
This protects you from getting JUSTed if EtherDelta gets hacked.
Now you are ready to deposit funds from your wallet through EtherDelta.

2. On the dropdown menu in the top right, select Gas Price and set it to 24 to 40 depending on how fast you need your deposit to be.

3. On the top left under Balance -> Deposit, enter your desired amount (has to be slightly less than available balance in order to pay transfer fee) and click deposit.

4. Now that you have the funds on EtherDelta, you are free to buy whatever shitcoins your heart desires. Make sure that the first box is the AMOUNT you want to buy, and the second box is the PRICE in eth per token. There's no functional UI so you will have to calculate the amount yourself (balance / price = max amount)

As a bonus, while you are collecting your free money you get to watch people fucking themselves over by confusing the amount and the price box. Don't be this guy that spent 4 grand on 0.0008 of a BBT.
