realistically, what's the best ratio of silver to gold? some anon suggested 20 to 1 in the last thread but that's insane, this means that to accumulate gold, you require a ton of silver. it just doesn't seem practical. it's hard to hide, hard to move, wtf

Ya, I just really like quality, pretty, and well-built guns. I don't care about price. I go for classy out-of-the-box. Plus, I don't have a lever-action. My dad used to have a 45-70 Marlin that he would go bore hunting with. But, he sold it years ago.

My only "boring" guns are my EDC and home-defense.

Maybe they don't wanna sell at $30 now when just last week they bought at $35. Supply might also be very tight. In a healthy market price dropping would signal shrinking demand or higher supply but in the case of silver the price is not a function of (physical) supply and demand since jews can print infinite paper silver at will and pretend it's real silver.
>>59174553
It's not retail price exactly but usually it's close enough that any deviation is called a premium. Especially gold is often sold at sub 1% premiums over spot. Also when you sell you usually get spot price at least if not a tad more for silver coins.

That's exactly what i'm saying though
Gold is extremely stable, making steady and reliable gains
BTC is relatively new, uncharted and less established, making it volatile but open to making larger amounts of gains/losses.
They are 2 seperate assets that do different things and that's pretty much all im saying

You probably bought 35 oz of gold since you KNOW that it's going to be okay and safe, and thats just what you do with gold. I Understand you can't time the markets, but if you actually believed in bitcoin as a concept and it's place in the future, that it had room to grow, then you would of bought in again for the entire year it was crabbing low in late 2022 early 2023 and be bragging like that other guy was.

I like gold it's stable as fuck and gives you steady gains, but i also see the value in BTCs volatitlity.

>You probably bought 35 oz of gold since you KNOW that it's going to be okay and safe
I sold Bitcoin for gold because one is imaginary and one is being hoarded by the central banks which govern our monetary system.
>if you actually believed in bitcoin as a concept and it's place in the future
I don't. It's a Trojan horse for CBDCs built by the CIA and NSA.

All I'm saying is I made more gains switching to gold regardless of temporary market dips. Which, if you were being honest, you would have noted that during those sudden dips most of the major exchanges went down and people weren't even able to sell.

Right okay that's our difference then, i see where you're coming from honestly and i respect the gains you made from gold. For me i just feel like BTC is here to stay and it's been largely accepted as THE cryptocurrency in the same way gold is THE value store, regardless of the realness argument.

>All I'm saying is I made more gains switching to gold regardless of temporary market dips. Which, if you were being honest, you would have noted that during those sudden dips most of the major exchanges went down and people weren't even able to sell

I bought them from Atkinsons Coins and Bullion in UK. They don't always have pre-owned stuff, it's a purchase option on their website and is just whatever customers have sold to them.
I bought 5, and they were all around the 1890s, so I'm thinking they were all sold by the same customer. Since they're all within a couple of years, it may have been a family collection purchased around the 1890s at some point, which is cool to think about.

I bought my first BTC at $900. It's physically painful for me to consider ever buying it again around current price levels. That was also the problem for me: There was so much room for Bitcoin to fall, and so little room for it to go higher, whereas gold/silver had the exact opposite situation.

I wonder everyday about delusional crypto nerds and scammers thinking that crypto will be allowed in the new world order. Assuming the power grid stays intact and the internet doesn't get shut down the USD will be transitioned to a digital fedbux in the great reset. We are in a debt spiral. There is just no way to tackle the debt other than inflation and/or some sort of currency reset.
That doesn't mean you shouldn't have any crypto at all however. I myself have a crypto ledger. I just don't think you should keep most of your wealth in a way that you'll only get to use in the best case scenario over the coming years. they only force you to pay for vehicles and real estate, but by law you're supposed to report your guns and gold voluntarily and pay taxes on them. If you don't, you're breaking the law and criminals can have anything they "own" taken from them. Happens all the time.

In the US every dollar you make is taxed by the feds

every dollar you spend is taxed by the state

and every dollar you own is taxed by the county and city

all of these taxes are repeated at least once per year, and then again when you sell something you own. Most of the money you make is going to be taxed dozens of times before you're done with it.

then you got the back door tax of inflation which takes from you every day.

The secret to gaining wealth is not just beating inflation, it's also beating taxes. Breaking the law is one way to beat taxes, but not a very smart way.

Tax on the item (VAT 20%)
Tax on shipping costs (VAT 20%)
Tax on the carrier's costs when the package leaves customs (Fedex, UPS...) they tax 20% even on the costs that the carrier claims, because they have taken charge of a package that has already been taxed by customs, (their famous administration fees) it's sick....

And the worst is Ebay, they take the 20% VAT from us upon purchase, but don't even pay it back to the state, so we pay it a second time with the carrier, and don't even imagine getting it refunded afterwards, I will never again buy an item on Ebay that could be taxed.

thats something that i never really understood and have a hard time with understanding why would anyone be stacking old silver coins for bartering and not standard bullion coins?
Outside of us most normies have no idea that us coins where made out of silver and how high their silver weight actually is since none of that info is found anywhere on the coins and because Silver is relatively hard to distinguish from other metals if you don't know what youre looking for most normes would most likely not even believe that those are silver coins
The only real use of constitutional silver IMO would be as a speculative buy when industrial demand rises above supply output and the fed is no longer able to artificialy manipulate the prive in an obvious way and you then sell off your stuff to a refinery for melt value
For regular day to day bartering only bullion will really be useful

There is just no way in hell to barter for something worth less than 1oz of silver with only 1oz silver coins. That's why merc dimes and/or equivalent are so valuable. I guess 1oz of pure silver would equal about 10 merc dimes give or take if we're going by USD value. If you want to be super autistic you could get grams of silver but merc dimes will most likely be the best overall.

I'm wondering how long the stock market continues pumping because of orange man. The main reason we're not in great depression 2.0 right now is because of grade A hopium. I don't think this market is stable at all I just have no idea how much longer it can keep going. Something in my gut tells me that people going all in on stocks and crypto right now will regret it later.

I've been saying all of those things since at least 2019.

no shift, they're all true from some perspective.

except I think gold has made gains. It's beaten inflation by a lot over my lifetime. Though that might just be because the price was locked from 1933-1975 and it had a lot of catching up to do with inflation.

silver hasn't made any gains in my life.

Stocks and crypto are pumping right now because they're pricing in anticipation of massive inflation about to kick in. I refer you to the FED's reverse repo holdings. This is what's been funding congressional spending for the past 2 years. All the extra money created during scamdemic wound up in securities that the banks deposited with the FED for bonus interest. As the FED raised rates, banks started withdrawing these again to buy bonds for better returns. Buying bonds is how the treasury gets money to pay for congressional spending. When the money they created dries up, and those bonds haven't matured yet, we run into a liquidity crisis. They will have no choice but to ramp the money printer up full blast. We went from over $2 trillion in that revers repo down to $160 billion and the clock is almost out. The market knows this and that's why they're pumping so hard.

Something that I've found that massively increases profits is dismissing the feedback from timewasters.
Just be careful about how you do it.

NEVER IMPLEMENT a timewaster's feedback.
Implementing a timewaster's feedback loses business.

An example of a timewaster's feedback would be complaining about another type of customer for an arbitrary reason.
Did something immoral happen? No. Then the timewaster is at fault, they are breaking a discrimination law actually.
Does the feedback waste your time? Yes.
Will implementing the feedback waste everybody's time? Yes.

Bad employees, bad employees can include management and administration if they implement feedback from a timewaster.
Not implementing the vocal timewaster's feedback will save you time and money

since she lost the price corrected on expectations of reduced inflation in future that were already priced in.

most likely it's just bullish sentiment in the stock market because of trump's win though. People pull money out of gold and dump it into stocks in expectation of a friendlier regulatory environment.

These only got me about $2,000 in profit so far. Think the Feds will be able to manipulate money well enough for future moonshots? I've got an ape of coins coming in, but I'm getting schizo with paying back college loans, and I'm thinking about selling it all so I can lower my debt. I bought because a millionare boomer told me silver was going to moon. He talked about his grandpa, the great depression, about how everything today matched the situation back when he was a kid. It made sense, but I'm afraid Jews are going to Jew because nothing in this clown world makes any sense.

(3)Exception for certain coins and bullion
For purposes of this subsection, the term “collectible” shall not include—
(A)any coin which is—
(i)a gold coin described in paragraph (7), (8), (9), or (10) of section 5112(a) of title 31, United States Code,
(ii)a silver coin described in section 5112(e) of title 31, United States Code,
(iii)a platinum coin described in section 5112(k) of title 31, United States Code, or
(iv)a coin issued under the laws of any State, or
(B)any gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bullion of a fineness equal to or exceeding the minimum fineness that a contract market (as described in section 5 of the Commodity Exchange Act, 7 U.S.C. 7) requires for metals which may be delivered in satisfaction of a regulated futures contract,

there's the kicker

I said physical gold and silver IN YOUR POSSESSION

and I also said you can avoid that tax by placing the metal in someone else's possession (a trust, corporation, paid vault, etc.)

same rules for retirement accounts. You can't hold your own gold and silver in a retirement account, but as soon as you transfer them to someone else they become an investment and you can bank them to retirement.

It's also worth saying that the taxes on gold and silver are recent.

when I was born it was illegal to own gold
but neither gold or silver was taxed as property because they were money. It was the demonetizing of the metals that resulted in the ability to tax them. You can't tax someone for money they saved. You can tax them if you stop calling it money and start calling it a collectible. Just another little bit of government bullshit you guys should be angery about. Things are already starting to follow the pattern i predicted. I'm waiting 2 months before buying any pm's, if it dips 10% I am plundering more booty than ever before.
You won't regret buying the silver in years to come, it's a long hold, like 5 years.
I'd sell some of the crypto, surely half of that would pay off your debt at current prices?
Keep some btc as it is a bull market now. You're likely to make a little more profit off crypto, but if you have concerns about debt, don't be worried about selling some BTC to pay it off, the peace of mind is worth more.
And don't forget the Weimar republic, everyone thought they were getting rich and the economy was recovering ... it wasn't that the value of things were going up, it's that their money was losing value.

Tyrant's don't give up power willingly. You can't vote them out harder.

Yes, they have lured Trump into a trap that he can't get out of. Why? Not to overthrow the man himself, but to demolish the ideals that got him into power.

When the masses see that they can't afford necessities for the first time in their lives, what will they blame? The money printer that's been working all their lives or the ideas that lead to turning it off for the first time?

When the crucible heats up, only the pure are left. All the speculators and investors will bail on PMs now that they see stocks rocketing. Only those of us who believe in the fundamentals will be left. Expect PM prices to crater and the doom and gloom threads to abound. Know that this is a good sign. You don't pull the rug on people when they expect it, you wait for their comfort.

People have been very uncomfortable these last 4 years, but look at them now. Invest in Jesus and understanding human nature because we're all about to get front row seats to one of the greatest demonstrations of it of all time. Pray.
