Hell no, quite the contrary. It seems like most people don't get what is Trump's goal as a president. His main objective is to reduce back the US empire into a sovereign nation, in order to avoid the painful crash accompagnying every empire's collapse who are blinded by their hubris and refuse to give up once their time has come. Of course going from worlwide hegemon to a local national power will be painful too, but at least the US could survive it.

The kikes/deepstate want the opposite of this : maintain the US global dominion for as long as possible, consequences be damned. They only seek their own advantage because the rootless elite wont be there to suffer the consequences of their actions, i.e. the implosion of the empire, they have the wealth to leave to greener pastures anytime they want.

Every action Trump has taken so far is pointing toward this direction, of the US being less governing of their colonies and less warmongering. Tariffs on imports, dissolving NATO, not participation in the Green newdeal, reimplementing the industrial forces, no implication in ME conflicts, less governance over the EU, stopping the financing of the ukraine war, etc.. everything is going toward the same direction : withdrawing from the world scene.
And eventually the big piece will be the abandon of the US dollar as reserve currency, it probably is *the* main goal to achieve during his presidency. But what will take the USD spot once it's gone? If foreign nations deal in USD, it's not by pleasure, but because they trust even less their neighboring economic partners to not fuck up their own currencies. The gap will have to be filled with a trustless, intrinsically valuable and widly recognized medium of exchange : gold. Gold (and silver too) will have to absorb all the trades' money to fill the void eventually, so this is gigabullish.

Or he could just continue BAU with the fed while cutting a few bureaucratic jobs and enacting a few tariffs that the next president might undo. He'll provide a brief period of positive economic prosperity at best for the next few years and it could make things better or worse in the long run. Thing will seem better for a bit after the dust settles but you're being a little too optimistic.

I mean, the transition may not be done in just 4 years, but he's working toward this goal. Will he be able to accomplish it? I highly doubt it, there are too many enemies within, forces to powerful for him to contest on his own, like the CIA or DoJ. Just like during his last term, there will be a strong resistance from his own administration, and a president can't accomplish much when his officials (especially the lifelong parasites, who survived many administrations and have the nuisance ability to make everything slow and painful in an organization) are sabotaging the efforts from within.

Last time he tried to apply his "art of the deal" tactic, by making many (too many) concessions in order to have some others stuff done. But that's not how you operate with a deep state. The only true solution is the threat of mass executions for treason, you must cast fear in their hearts, not trying to negociate as if you were buying a carpet in a morrocan souk.

Trump is on his 2nd term at this point anon. He doesn't have to hold back anymore. In the 1st term you have to convince everybody that you're totally chill if you want even a chance of running again. He doesn't have to worry about that anymore unless he wants to shred the 22nd ammendment. They've also tried to kill him three times now there's just no fucking way he's not out for blood behind the scenes.

A lot of sea dogs getting scuppered this morning, I'll weigh in with my prediction from the last thread;
Over the next 2 months, possibly 6, we see a drop in gold price of about 10 to 20%, then it plateaus and rises to approx double what it is now over the next 4 years. There will be an initial rally but then a big dip, and a lot of downward trending crabbing.
TL;DR you want to plunder cheapies? Hold fast for 2 months, but keep a weather eye on the charts.

I have a theory, which has proven true for myself; the more you do things you love, especially in public/on public websites, the more they lead you to things you want in life, by attracting like-minded people.
However one must be cautions about revealing your stack to people. I'd do things like carry a gold or silver coin with me, and ask the goblina serving me at the tavern;
>"do you take these?"
of course the answer will be no and if yes, you can say
>"actually this is worth far more than what these drinks cost" etc etc

If he uses Elon Musk to shrink the federal government, yes because it will reduce spending and delay the USD collapse allowing for more cheapies longer. America sorting its finances out isn't going to stop the revaluation of gold because the current western financial system can't be saved. BRICS reintroduction of gold for international trade is still going to make us wealthy if things go according to plan and succeed.

There are many reasons to stack silver and gold. Don't let being poor stop you. In every other PMG thread, some chad drops a chart showing how little you would actually need to be a top 3% holder after real price discovery, where the GSR moves closer to its historical norm.

It may take a few years, but it WILL happen. All this american debt printing garbage has already destroyed your purchasing power and it's only a matter of time before it becomes impossible to ignore and we're "spending" 20 dollars for a loaf of bread, 70 for bologna.

I don't have a lot of money after expenses each month, but I can still afford 1 or 2 silver coins each month. because I'm a poor american and am taxed at a -19% each year, i spent my last two returns picking up a little gold.

If you haven't started yet, don't self-fudd. Only a handful of coins may be the difference between staying put, or moving yourself (and your family) out of the gutter.

There is no benefit to buying the older coins. They are only recognized by a few boomers and autistic collectors. You want to buy modern bullion. Modern is more desired by younger generations and easier to liquidate. Try selling a 20 franc Rooster and compare that to selling a 2024 1/4 ounce american gold eagle. The gold eagle will sell better 10 times out of 10. Same with silver. Only buy 1 ounce maples or american eagles for liquidity and recognition. Trust me no zoomers will be buying your 1913 silver francs kek.

Older coins are only faked when they have numismatic value. Nobody bothers to fake dirt common silver coinage because there is no profit in it unless they make it out of some cheap alloy. Too much work and too easily detected to be worth it.

The only counterfeit risk to a non-numismatic stacker is a coin that has debased or fake content. And that is uncommon and easy to detect.

Listen to the other anonymous they are correct, I'd only add that if you continue with silver do so in coins or rounds, depending on how much you plan to stack to or past Conquistador tier id say go to 100 oz of gubmint coins of your picking. After that I'd suggest stacking for weight from private mints that are easily recognizable or have security features (cost a bit more than generics tho) and after you have enough of those stack by weight alone. Thats what I'm doing. You're choice on hounding unique coins that might end up with good numismatic value later, personally I'm not too concerned with that, only oz I have in that category is a norse mythology round that I probably won't ever sell even in a setf scenario.

There was a liquidity crisis in late 2019 already, but the coofcoof gave the fed and congress an excuse to shoot trillion$ up America's ass. Then in 2021, inflation predictably ran out of control, so the fed started offering banks special rates for holding money in the reverse repo. This was to drain loose money out of the economy and help cool down inflation, which it did. Then when the fed raised rates, banks started taking money out of the reverse repo again and using it to buy bonds. Bonds fund the treasury, which gives the US ability to keep spending. And for the last 2 years, that money in the reverse repo is what's been letting the US spend without creating new money. Guess what happens when it's empty.

And the world is full of hundreds of thousands of individual miners, any of whom can choose to join with a pool or leave a pool at any instant. "Pools" aren't monolithic entities, they are collections of disparate companies and individuals, most of whose primary motivation is profitability. There is no coordination to control which transactions are disallowed -- MARA and a couple of others made some noises about that back in 2021-2022 and got SLAMMED for it and then they shut the fuck up about the possibility.

That's what a "51% attack" is all about, controlling transactions and rejecting some to prevent them from ever confirming. And it basically cannot happen because no single entity controls more than a few percent of the mining.

Back in 2022 the Biden admin was pushing for sanctions on transactions from Russia, and multiple major figures told them "Bitcoin is neutral and will remain that way even when the other side asks us to ban you too."

But please feel free to burble on about "but Chyna controls a third of the mining!" and "but muh State Department Blacklist!" and whatever other stupid shit you don't understand that doesn't actually mean anything.

Buy from a reputable coin shop in your area, or a reputable dealer online (APMEX, Monument Metals, SD Bullion, JM Bullion, etc)

Learn how to test coins yourself (acid test, ping test, specific gravity test, electronic metal tester, etc)

Stay away from graded / slabbed coins, and buy mass production coins instead. The graded coins are massive markups and are for "collectors" not stackers.

>> No.59168095

Coins are WAY easier to test than bars as well. Their uniformity and shape gives them properties hard to fake. The most common fraud is tungsten inside, and these will fail the ping test. Use a pocket pinger to ping the coin for the gold sound, there's apps out there that can record the ping and tell you if it's fake. A tungsten filled coin would just thud.

pattern recognition, this is the pattern I have observed after the last two american elections; little peak right afterwards, then a dip, some crabbing with a downward trend, and within 2 months to 6 months it is down by 10 to 20%. What with gold being so fucking high right now, we are due for a dip, however there's many other factors to consider, like the weimarness of the situation.
You have to remember, if pm's spike it's usually got a lot more to do with your fiat money losing value than them gaining value. That may counteract the usual dip, but I am only plundering the most underpriced treasure for the next two months. Time will tell.

Very good point. I'm thinking of gold specifically, but coins just work better in almost every way. As tempting as it is to fantasize about a kilo of gold, it's a bigger risk in almost every way.

Harder to exchange because shops are more wary and not many are gonna have $85,000 in cash on hand. Then if you deposit that amount of cash in a bank, the bank will have to report it to the (((IRS))).

Bigger risk of theft, putting all your eggs in one basket. If SHTF there's not much you can exchange it for that will be worth equivalent value, so you might have to chop it up. No one is gonna trust it either - they'll think its brass unless proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

All that being said though... I still salivate over the idea of owning a kilo bar of gold lol. For now I'll just keep stacking 1ozt American Buffalos.

It's not a deal if your entire demand is comprized of ameriboomutts. Thank god, earth is larger than that and many people around the world would be happy to get those. I'd be pretty happy buying dem phillys/krugs/arks at spot and leave the overpriced AGEs behind without a second thought. Plus lets be honest, the current design look like shit and this weird ass .917 purity is making no sense. Simply put : i wont pay a cent more to acquire AGEs if i've others options availible. In the end i just want more gold for my bux.

I picked up about a year ago a silver-clad tea set marked "EPCA Lancaster Rose by poole 400" and a silver coated tray for $40.00 total from a yard sale. It looks like a good example is valuable but this particular set is tarnished, has some bluish-white inside of the pots and the hinges on the teapots are broken. Is it worth more as an antique or as scrap silver?

Cute, but high premium. If I ever had transactions in values of single grams of gold, I'd probably be using silver instead.

>silver-clad
If it's clad, it's not worth a melt - it would have value as a tea set. But it's broken, so it's worthless. But the "400" makes me wonder if it's 40% silver? Hard to refine it's also why low silver content coins are undesirable for stacking.

>But the "400" makes me wonder if it's 40% silver?
Not at all. EPCA means Electro Plated Copper alloy. Also called german silver. I think the 400 refers to the parts per thousand of nickel in the german silver alloy, so 40% nickel.
The amount of silver in electroplated stuff is completely negligible, standard plating is usually counted as 12+12 (12 spoons, 12 forks), with numbers usually ranging from 40 to 100 (= grams of silver per complete set). For others pieces a 90 represent 90gr per 0.24 square meter of silver plating. So the "400" doesn't refer to that, it's too high of a number, that's why i think it might be related to the nickel content.

>>59169789
>Is it worth more as an antique or as scrap silver?
There is maybe 2.5oz of scrap total in there, and that's if all the silver plating is still there, which doesn't seems to be the case. Plus it's a pain in the ass to extract and you most likely wont find a refiner interested in it, unless you have enormous quantities of EP stuff to ditch.
It definitely have more value as antique. Give it a GOOD cleaning and it will be shiny once again.
In good condition and cleaned, a set like this could probably net you something like $120. Problem here is the plating is worn down on the platter and the broken handle. Thankfully it's a clear cut and you should be able to fix the handle.

Sold as it is now, you'd probably make your $40 back, maybe 50. But it could double the value if you clean it very nice and fix the handle (maybe some of those new superglues could do the trick?).
Buy some silber polish and come back to us with some before/after pics, it's always nice to look at. :)

Overpriced on its own, but they just released an app that comes with the pinger for free

>> No.59170035

If you're familiar with the sound of coins, you don't really need the pinger at all, but it's a good starting point. I've been able to find fake Morgan dollars in the wild just by the their higher pitch and pinging it on my finger.

>> No.59170068

>>59170035
Yes, most fakes ping much higher and resonate for a much shorter amount of time than silver. It's really easy to tell with some experience. But for tiny coins (dime sized and below) or deformed ones (like bent coins), the sound can go full bonk. That's when a precision caliper comes handy (but that's if you can find the full dimensions of the coins online, sometimes that's tricky for uncommon ones)!

hold way more silver. like 20 silver to 1 gold, min, even steeper ratio is better imho.
gold is overvalued, silver is undervalued, if you want to make money buy silver, if you want to lose money, buy gold
t. bought a little gold recently

regardless of what you buy fiat is losing value faster. and pm's keep it out of the hands of bankers, rich people, immoral arseholes, people with big noses, you know the types.

Thank you very much. I'll see what I can do about the hinges on the lids. One is intact so I can glue or solder it on maybe. The other is missing the bottom half in addition to being broken off.
