Small pieces are much more liquid than bigger ones. The main advantages of bigger bars are you can get more oz of silver/dollar and they can take up less space if you're using a safe.

If they were the same price i would always take 1 oz rounds over bars, especially 100oz-1000oz bars. A 1000oz bar is ridiculously illiquid for anyone outside of a larger bullion dealer.

The spot prise in sweden right now is $35 for 1oz, and if you were to buy 1oz from said dealer the total cost would be around $45.

This private seller is basically selling 1oz for $40, so its not below spot - but it is above the standard VAT rate.
