The first filing that the verbiage changed also happens to be the first filing that began mentioning 25% of all outstanding shares are locked into Computershare (DRS). This 25% total would continue UNCHANGED for FIVE QUARTERS IN A ROW, and only change AFTER there was a share offering. The probability that shares outstanding that are DRSed would be locked EXACTLY at 25% is effectively 0%.
