I had a rough go trying to find a job after university. I had good grades averaging a 4.0 in my final two years but never did an internship, I just worked at the same job every summer doing landscaping.
Had one single interview and it was such a blackpilling experience I just ended up being a NEET for 9 months. Basically the hr roastie asked me about job experience and then went directly into making me give a definition of diversity and inclusion. The next question was asking me to explain times in school and work that I demonstrated diversity and inclusion.
Now I am in the trades (sparky) and I hate it, I am a glorified laborer.
I am not sure if I should try and find an office job or see this through. I am not happy but everything I read screams there is no opportunity for me to find employment.

Having been on the interviewer side before it's more of a pain in the ass to have a filter that's ass backwards dictating who you see. I submitted something like 2000 resumes, many custom.

I got interviews but I would always have to contact hr so many times to set up the next interview (why are they all so goddamn unorganized). One set of interviews I had was 4 steps 3 of them I had to basically pester the hr woman to set up the next one each time, the process took 5+ months and I didn't get the role (not sure if they ever had the role?).
