So what, Canada? That's true. I have a bunch of Canadian friends who are getting US jobs. Problem is that Canada is expensive too so the salaries aren't really cheaper than hiring remote workers in the US.
As soon as you step out of the +/-4hr time zones you incur a business cost, and stepping out of language and culture incurs a business cost. Canada is the only option for nearshore tech labor and it's saturated.
