I think collectibles are definitely a good first step. I think maybe they should consider setting aside space for badass live TTG events where participants just pay a fee to pay with top-of-the-line setups, including really well-made maps and figures and so on. Maybe also hire professional, theatrical DMs who give people an amazing experience.

In the digital space, I think they should use the GS Pro membership to offer steeper discounts and perhaps partner with indie devs for earliest access to launch.
