Capitalism enabled me to not have to pay for "healthcare". I take care of my own health, and my own finances. If I get into a situation where I feel its wise to gamble on having accidents, I'll buy insurance. Until then, I'll just keep enough value around to pay any unpredictable bills from health issues.

When I had no money, I didn't need insurance because I had nothing to lose. Now I have enough money that my money is my insurance. I don't spend it on anything else . . . I live exactly the same. I'm probably even thriftier.
