for the oldfags of biz, is there a way to consistently find reliable shitcoins? im talking stuff like this one, that you can trade like you would with an altcoin or bluechip, maybe even buy and hold multiple times
i wanted to know if someone else has a method for finding these, the current checklist i have for marking a trade as reliable is this one
>it survives for more than a month without bleeding out
>it makes peaks and drops that aren't fabricated by the devs
>99 score on dextools
>lp burned and contract renounced (must have)
>no big wallet holders
>listed on reliable exchanges
any other anon doing this type of trading?

The only way I know to get pseudo-shitcoins when low is to follow the good people on cryptotwitter who are consistently right. You really have to dig back and look at their records to separate the gems and even then understand these people aren't prophets, however they are more often right than not, especially when several of them invest in a new project.

Doing this since late last year got me into ONDO when it was still under $0.30. Not gigantic 100 X gain, but still a very healthy 5-10 X coming. If you can do that a few times with new projects that take off, you will make real money quickly.

And how do you know it's a dev wallet?
the 3% wallet seems to have bought in the market and his wallet history looks normal shitcoiner behaviour.
And how is a rugpull gonna happen? Don't you need liquidity to be unlocked to do that?

You find them by being on biz regularly and finding them early. You typically don't want to put a substantial amount of money into a coin that's already pumped to multiple millions of mcap, the risk is much higher. If you can find a good meme with white devs below 100k mcap, it's typically a somewhat safe bet. Just remember to take profit and get greedy, most memecoins only ever peak at 300-400k mcap and then dump, and the successful ones will typically go to 3-5million and then dump. Fewer than 1% ever make it past 10million, and the ones that do usually end up making it much further.

A good long-term bet if you want to get into something relatively early and has decent chance of becoming the APU of base is Okayeg.

If you want a couple good low mkcap coins rn on BASE, check out choccy milk (less than 10k mcap at the time of writing this, and they have white devs and its homegrown on biz), and BOOBA.

stay away from low liquidity shitters for multiple reasons:

firstly, it means the dev is poor and will probably want to profit off it. find reliable devs in TG groups who are in it for fun and never even flinch paying out of pocket for dexscreener, cmc fast track, thick liquidity and ads.

second, it turns of big buy ins because of the price impact, making the chart pump hard and fast and crash down even faster when people scramble to get their profit realized from a tiny LP pool (remember that market cap is a deceiving number, always look at the amount of ETH available in the LP pool, that's the absolute max money available to be sold without new buys)

third, the project won't be able to scale, since LP will thin out more and more at higher market caps, LP doesnt scale linearly with market cap. illiquid shitters become even more illiquid

Apu is a good negative example of this that somehow survived despite its shit LP. Okayeg on the other hand is one of the best liquidity memecoins right now shilled on here which is probably a big reason they semi made it. Their biggest holder is a schizo who also just provided another 30k to Aero liquidity

I just go on dextools and look for coins below 3k mc with updated socials, renounced contract and locked liq. primarily on basechain (no real reason except i started there and have worked well so far). Most just keep crabbing but sometimes they do 100-1000x, so a few winners will easily carry all them crabs
