You can download the widely trusted and verified ian coleman tool on github or directly from his website and generate your own custom entropy, you don't have to go this far but definitely download the tool and do all of this offline. You can verify that everything is accurate by downloading electrum and signing a couple of empty private keys (not your seed phrase)
