Well, if and when they get exercised, someone will buy 100 shares at 20$ per share.
Problem is, who they'll buy it from, who sold those calls. Those guys (or their brokers or whoever above in the chain, if they go bankrupt because of this) will have to cough up 100 shares per option.
If they have them, cool. If they don't, they'll have to buy them at market price STAT.
The way to balance it out usually is to hedge and buy those shares as the price goes up, if it goes, so that you aren't in a pickle at the last moment, but...
