It's been well discussed before. Naked shorting which is the illegal act of counterfeiting shares cuts off a company's ability to raise capital by selling shares and in turn deprives the company of it's value.

When you illegally print shares, you dilute the stock price which effects both the company's health, shareholders ROI, employees that work for the company will get laid off and be out of work, customers won't get to enjoy shopping with the company and business to business activity will drop. This criminal act is incredibly damaging to the economy.

We should stop using Jewish jargon that sounds less threatening than it really is. Naked shorting is the illegal printing of shares.
